A Chartered Member of the CIPD UK and CIPM Nigeria, Dotun brings extensive knowledge as an HR practitioner and entrepreneur to her research and teaching, having run her own consulting practice and co-founded two successful businesses in her home country, Nigeria.
Dotun is a Doctoral Researcher at the University of Edinburgh Business School (UoEBS). Dotun holds an M.Sc (With Distinction) in International HRM also from UoEBS; a Master in Managerial Psychology from the University of Lagos; and a BA in European Studies from the University of Ibadan
